Description
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Managing financial transactions and ensuring all financial records are accurate.
- Providing assistance in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Participating in financial audits and assisting with the resolution of audit findings.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards within the energy and natural resources industry.
- Collaborating with the wider Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes and efficiency.
- Performing any other accounting duties as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
