- Process sales orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Raise customer sales invoices
- Coordinate with various internal teams, to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Process customer orders accurately, verifying pricing, quantities, and product information.
- Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
- Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update sales order records and documentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing enquiries and resolving any order-related concerns.
Are you:
- IT Literate (able to use Outlook and MS office suite of products)
- able to provide a professional, friendly, can-do response when dealing with colleagues and customers
- a strong team player
- customer service focused
- a good communicator and have a good eye for attention to detail
- have strong experience in a sales administration role (minimum 2 years ideally)
