Salary: up to £25k + Commission

An exciting opportunity to join a high energy, ambitious SALES TEAM as a CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR, to support daily operations from their West London office!

Our client is looking for an organised and detail-oriented

CUSTOMER SERVICE

CO-ORDINATOR

to support the daily operations of their sales department, with scope to progress to junior account manager for the right candidate.

Based in West London, the ideal candidate will provide support to the business development team and Sales Director, processing orders and co-ordinating operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. A property management/property background is preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Duties to include:

  • Providing support to the business development team and Sales Director
  • Processing orders.
  • Answering the phone.
  • Coordinating and working closely with Operations to organise delivery.

You will need:

  • Candidate must be West London based, self-motivated, positive with get up and go.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, clients, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • To be ultra reliable
  • Property management/property background preferred but not essential.
