- MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Ferryhill area.
The Job You'll Do;
- Working with various metals with various thicknesses.
- Using of various machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, Copy Router, Pillar Drills.
- Working with various hand tools, including a range of grinders and sanding tools.
- Carrying out general metal working duties.
- Marking out and measuring sections for cutting, shaping and drilling.
- Drilling and tapping holes to meet job specifications.
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- Assisting with goods in deliveries.
- Quality inspecting own work during process.
About you.
- NVQ level 3, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification required.
- Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.
- Working either independently or within a team.
- Achieve team objectives.
- Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
- Physically fit as some products are heavy.
