Part-Time Legal Administrator
Location: Guildford (Free Parking)
Rate: £15 per hour
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established family law firm in Guildford.
We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong background working within the legal sector to join and provide administrative support across the teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing HM Revenue & Customs Inheritance Tax forms.
- Drafting Oaths and other documents for Probate applications.
- Making applications for Grants of Probate.
- Drafting letter to clients.
- Dealing with Land Registry services, OCE, Leases, Priority searches, Bankruptcy searches.
- LMS administration and renewal.
- Managing time Recording.
- Responding to the enquiries via emails/ calls
- Assisting fee earners with probate queries
Skills & Experience:
- Audio Typing
- Proven administration experience in probate or property law.
- Familiarity with legal systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and workload effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
