Our growing financial services client is seeking a CILEx qualified profile to become part of their Inhouse legal function on a permanent basis. The business is focused on residential mortgage lending, BTL, bridging and development finance. Typical workloads might include registered & unregistered, freehold & leasehold sales & purchases, re-mortgages, buy-to-let purchases, right to buy, transfers of equity, new builds, shared ownerships. Having recently secured £100mln credit line (with another £100m earmarked for 2025), the brand are in growth mode and looking to double their headcount within the next 12 months.

Compensation Package
Basic salary - Up to £60,000.00 max
Benefits - Include discretionary yearly bonus, 8% pension, 36 days holiday (inclusive of UK bank holidays), Life insurance and Health insurance.
