Main Purpose of the Position:
- Deliver outstanding teaching and learning, ensuring pupils achieve excellent results.
- Be a role model and positively impact the school community.
- Promote and safeguard pupil welfare.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement appropriate work programs for all children in the designated class.
- Maintain assessment records and report on pupils' progress to senior staff and parents/carers, in accordance with school policy.
- Strong SEN experience and behaviour management skills are essential.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience of teaching KS2.
- Understanding of the teaching and learning cycle, the varying needs of the children, and how different children learn.
