Role:
Our client is looking for immediate, temporary, Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist them for 6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
- Positive contact and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc)
- Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
- Issue invoices in timely manner and send them to customers through various channels (portal, e-mail etc.)
- Month end close and reports
- Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc
- Answer general questions regarding customer account, billing status, Tax forms, onboarding.
- Invoice portal upload and maintenance
- Timely resolution of invoice dispute and PO chasing
- AR Inbox management
- Terms & condition changes with management approval
- Assist in adjustments, customer reconciliations, etc
- Perform customer account research with the ability to analyse and resolve issues
- Supporting Accounts Receivable / Credit Control with ad hoc tasks as required
- As required maintenance of customer details in ERP system, updating information as needed
- Point of contact for Evaluate AR integration into Norstella finance system.
Profile:
The successful temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk will have have 3+ years experience in Accounts Receivable or Billings.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:
The temporary Accounts Receivable role will be paying circa £16-£19 per hour, dependant on experience.
