IT Sales Executive

Our client based in Bracknell, is an award winning IT Technology company. Due to success and growth they are now looking to take on an ambitious and enthusiastic IT Sales Executive.

The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for managing 360 cycles of selling IT Hardware to businesses and end users. This role will be office based.

Duties

  • Selling IT hardware to businesses and end users
  • Making outbound calls using the existing customer database
  • Identify and call potential new customers, develop them into active clients, and manage the process via all communication channels, including LinkedIn and emails.
  • Respond to telephone and email queries, prepare and agree written quotations
  • Making sure you reach your personal sales revenue and margin targets
  • Upselling to existing customers and extending existing contracts
  • Work closely with with other internal teams to ensure customer needs/expectations are met.
  • Book, attend and host customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Current or previous experience in a business development role, working to sales targets ( minimum of 12 months)
  • Experience/knowledge of the IT Industry, preferably Hardware.
  • Successful track record of working to KPI's and hitting personal sales revenue and margin targets - ability to talk through your numbers in the interview.
  • Educated to A'Level/Degree Level.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Positive mental attitude and motivated to succeed
  • Resilience is essential for a Sales role so please ensure you have lots of this!

Salary

  • Basic salary £22,000 to £32,000 depending on knowledge of this sector and experience
  • Market competitive commission plan , to be paid on top of basic salary
