Our client a leading mental health charity is seeking a Clinical Administrator to provide support to the specialist clinical staff.
Based in NW6 the role is full time, working Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £25,000 to £28,000.
This is a supporting role that offers variety and responsibility, a fantastic opportunity to develop experience in the charity sector.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide full reception service to the clinical team and its clientele
- Be the first point of contact for young people, parents, GPs and other stakeholders
- O bserve the confidentiality of patients in all areas of the Centre 's work
- M aintain and develop administrative systems procedures for the clinical admin service
- M aintain the appointments database
- Manage and attend regular meetings, taking notes and managing action points
- Manage the database and produce reports including statistical information
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent admin experience
- Ideally experience in the charity sector and/or dealing with the vulnerable or young people
- Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Microsoft Excel
