RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an established, growing manufacturer based in Tarleton, West Lancashire who are looking to add an Assistant Management Accountant to their team.
Due to continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant to support the Management Accountant and Financial Director with the day-to-day and month end responsibilities.
The role will pivotal in supporting the business through a growth phase and assisting in continual improvements across the department.
Duties include:
- Assist the Management Accountant with the preparation on monthly management accounts
- Bank and petty cash reconciliations
- Accruals, prepayments and journal postings
- Period end ledger closing
- Company credit cards accounting
- Weekly reporting vs targets and budgets
- Assist with year end audit
- Assist with continual process and control improvements
This Assistant Management Accountant role is perfect for someone who has experience supporting management accounts or is studying CIMA/ACCA and looking for a role to compliment their studies.
