As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will*:
- Be able to build positive working relationships with clients and candidates
- Be driven to meet targets successfully
- Produce high quality outcomes for both candidates and clients
- Process paperwork necessary for the 360 role
- Be able to resource new leads of business and candidates
Working hours are 7am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will also be expected to partake in an on-call system for out of hours business needs.

A basic knowledge of recruitment and sales is desirable.
