Reed Legal are excited to be recruiting a Conveyancing Solicitor on the behalf of a friendly, flexible Legal Practice based near Romford.
Daily role...
- Advise clients on the property buying and selling process.
- Research who legally owns land and property.
- Conduct searches with local authorities for things that might affect a sale.
- Draft sale contracts.
- Talk to mortgage lenders, estate agents and solicitors.
- Check financial records.
- Examine property titles.
Experienced required...
- Must be a qualified Solicitor and have experience within Residential Conveyancing

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience
