Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Office Administrator to join our client based in Salisbury.

Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, maintaining a high level of etiquette and professionalism at all times
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Analyse customer needs and make appropriate appointments, arranging any further action required
  • Organise the engineers diaries efficiently
  • Deal with the registrations of equipment and all associated paperwork
  • Booking in training, updating the matrix and filing the certification

Experience:

  • Previous experience in administrative / customer service role
  • Proficient use and understanding of the Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
