Key Responsibilities:

As an ECT IT Teacher, you will deliver engaging and innovative IT lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4. Your role will involve planning, preparing, and assessing lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students. You will utilize a variety of teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaboration with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies is essential. Additionally, you will participate in extracurricular activities and school events, contributing to the broader school community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for IT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Flexibility to work in various locations.
