Are you a skilled Litigation Fee Earner looking to join a friendly and reputable law firm in the East Midlands?
We are working with a well-established private practice in the East Midlands area, currently seeking a dedicated Litigation Fee Earner to handle a varied caseload. Experience in Contentious Probate is highly desirable, and exposure to Employment Law will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of general litigation matters including, but not limited to, civil disputes, contentious probate, and employment matters.
- Work closely with clients from instruction through to resolution, ensuring a high level of service and client care.
- Draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and attend court hearings where appropriate.
- Contribute to business development and support wider firm initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a Litigation Fee Earner or Solicitor role (PQE not essential).
- Strong background in civil litigation; experience in contentious probate and employment law preferred.
- Able to work independenty.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
