Customer Service Administrator – Up to £25,000 – Whitstable
Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with customers over phone and on email to resolve queries
- Assist with shipping information for customers
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date
- Use of agreed company and customer shipping portals to book freight collections and monitor deliveries
- Providing general admin support to the team
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
