- Managingateamofbook-keepersandclient managers including trainees
- Training and development of fellow team members
- Planningtheclientcompliancework
- Preparationofaccounts
- Managingandadheringtostrictdeadlines
- Managingworkflowandwork-allocation
- ReportingtoSeniorManagersandcontributingtoand participating in meetings
- DealingwithexternalorganisationsincludingHMRC
- Managementofclientrecords
- Managingclientqueries
- Dealingwithgeneraladhocdutiesasandwhen required
QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
Experienceworkinginanaccountingpractice(essential)
Skills:
- KnowledgeofAccountingStandards&ComplianceRules
- KnowledgeofTaxation
- Sage;Xero;QuickBooks;DEXT;SageCloudAccounting
- ComputerLiteratee.g.Excel,Email,Word,PowerPoint,internet etc
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsessential
