Description

  • Work closely with team members to ensure recruitment goals are met.
  • Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector recruitment regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team.
  • Your responsibilities will span from managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Supporting the Manager in strategic initiatives.
  • Be a key player in establishing the full service offering and ensuring these services are delivered efficiently and professionally across the organisation.
