�? Our client, a prestigious organisation in Crawley, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrator to join their dynamic Executive Office team. As the Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting a senior member of staff and ensuring the smooth functioning of their day-to-day.

?? Job Details:

  • Job Title: Senior Administrator
  • Location: Crawley (flexibility required)

?? Contract Type: Permanent, Hybrid working

? Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

?? Salary: Up to £43K

�? Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for providing exceptional business support by managing a variety of managerial and administrative tasks. Your role will involve coordinating initiatives, liaising with key stakeholders, and maintaining effective monitoring systems to support the strategic objectives.

?? Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate initiatives as delegated by the Senior member of staff.
  • Assist in the development and administration of plans.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work autonomously to achieve defined results.
  • Support in maintaining plans and trackers.
  • Maintain effective monitoring systems for financial and performance activity.
  • Coordinate inputs from various departments and ensure consistent governance processes.
  • Analyse information to identify critical paths and assess risks.
  • Monitor progress and identify problems or opportunities.
  • Manage the coordination of committees, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain office information systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Demonstrate commitment to personal development.

?? Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Previous experience within a comparable role.
  • Knowledge of secretarial and administrative procedures.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
