Role Overview:

As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, guiding clients through the process of buying and selling homes. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, showcasing properties, and negotiating deals to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are marketed effectively.
- Conduct property appraisals and valuations, providing clients with accurate and professional advice.
- Organise and conduct property viewings, delivering high-quality presentations to potential buyers and renters.
- Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining regular communication with clients and keeping them informed.
- Keep up-to-date with the local property market and trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Handle administrative duties related to property transactions, including preparing contracts and documentation.
- Achieve and exceed sales and rental targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
