Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a Telesales Representative for a client based in the Horsham area.
We are looking for a Telesales Representative who is confident on the phone and not afraid to talk to people! If you have retail, estate agency or motor industry background and looking to kick start your career withing sales, call me today!
Length - Permanent
Salary - £21k plus commission (salary raises to £25k after successful 6 months probation)
Location - Horsham area, free parking, hybrid (1 day working from home after successful probation period)
Hours: 9:30am-6pm
DESCRIPTION
Telesales representative responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Identifying and converting leads to opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Calling clients and engaging with them
- Providing a consultative approach,
The ideal Telesales representative will have / be:
- Previous sales experience
- Charismatic personality
- Driven and ambitious
- Resilient and determined
