Application Support Analyst - 12-month FTC

An innovative and driven Application Support Analyst is needed to join a vibrant and successful global eCommerce company that is leading the way in digital retail innovation. In this role, you will play a pivotal part supporting their Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) application, ensuring the smooth operation and enhancement of their systems. You will take the initiative in testing, installing, and putting support solutions into practice.
In addition to providing assistance with their PLM software, you will also be able to assist supporting other applications and have greater opportunities to work as a BA and PM on a variety of projects. You'll play a variety of roles and play an important role in the IT Team.
Requirements:
- Have previous experience working in an application support role, ideally supporting PLM applications, Navision
- Preferably possess some technical knowledge of SQL and Powershell.
- A more diverse skill set, such as project management and business analyst abilities, is ideal.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities!
