Our client an award winning, independent Estate Agency, are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in their busy Harrow office. This long established, successful company pride themselves in being professional and completely focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about the property industry with a strong understanding of the full lettings process and ideally at least 2 years' experience within the Lettings industry. Listing experience isn't required as full training will be provided.
You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines. Local knowledge would be preferable but not essential. You must be able to provide the highest level of customer service to all clients at all times.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits for the role of Lettings Negotiator include:
- Basic £20,000 + £300 per month Car Allowance
- OTE £40,000
- Mon to Fri 9am to 6.30pm Saturday 9am to 5pm on a rota

Key responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator includes:
- Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
- Good working knowledge of inventory
- Focus will be on speaking with potential tenants, building relationships, generating leads.
- The ability to provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
- You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised, focused and accessible
Skills and experience needed for the role of Lettings Negotiator include:
- At least 2 years' Lettings experience with a strong understanding of the full lettings process
- Team player
- Well-presented and articulate
- Professional telephone manner
- Work well in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ambitious and target driven
- Natural selling ability
- Must hold full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
