Empowering Learning are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants within various locations in the Teesside area. Hours would be full time 5 days a week however times may vary week by week depending on the rota.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support children with their learning through one-on-one assistance.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Promote the social and emotional development of children, fostering their confidence and independence.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of children.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials.
Requirements:
- Ideally have minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification
- Have knowledge or experience working across EYFS in nurseries or school settings
- Caring and compassionate approach towards children
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- A valid DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
