Welder / Fabricator
DOE + Overtime
Tonbridge
Monday – Friday (Early finish on Fridays!)
My client is looking for a Welder / Fabricator to join their team. No welding qualifications are needed, just solid experience MIG welding with some TIG involved. Experience welding vehicles would be advantageous but not essential.
Duties include:
- Working on
large vehicles to weld and fabricate parts
*
- Following technical drawings
and
specifications
*
- Carrying out
vertical, horizontal,
and
flat welding
*
- Lift
and
maneuver heavy products
*
- Inspect products
to ensure they
meet quality standards
*
- Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:
- Experienced in
MIG welding,
with some experience using TIG being beneficial.
- Able to
follow technical drawings and specifications
*
- Physically fit
in order to stand for long periods of time and
lift heavy products
*
- Strong
attention to detail skills
*
