O&CC, one of the UK's largest outdoor retailers, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our Hedge End team. We operate as Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed, and Snow and Rock.
Role Overview:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing core operations like stock and audits, and maintaining high store standards. You'll also motivate the team when the Store Manager is unavailable.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone with retail management experience, preferably in outdoor, apparel, or footwear. You should have a strong grasp of KPIs, budgeting, and team development.
