Lettings Manager PRS

As the PRS Lettings Manager, you will lead a small team responsible for taking on new rental instructions, pricing properties, preparing marketing strategies, and driving growth in the PRS market, with the aim of servicing a range of property. By setting performance goals, offering training, and motivating your team, you will play a key role in the growth and success of the business.

Personal specification:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in PRS lettings, with a proven track record in managing a team and growing branch/department revenue, year on year
  • NFOPP Technical Award in Lettings, Level 3
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team
  • Experience in setting and meeting performance targets in the lettings industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Confident and effective communicator with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, with experience in CRM systems such as Reapit, Hubspot, and Lonres
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a focus on developing both team and personal skills.

The package on offer for this role will include a basic salary of up to £40,000, plus realistic on target earnings in the region of £80,000.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
