Two years' Real Estate Paralegal experience required.

The firm

We are partnered with a Top 100 leading law firm in London with clients based in the UK and all over the world.

The firm's Real Estate Department represents corporate occupiers from multi-national corporations, entrepreneurs, investors and family-run businesses.

They have been ranked as one of London's leading Real Estate Departments for numerous consecutive years.

The role

The firm are recruiting for a full time Real Estate Paralegal.

You will be joining the firm during an exciting growth phase and can expect to assist Solicitors and Partners on high value, complex Real Estate transactions.

The department currently act for a number of household names and overseas inward investors with a focus on investors from the Middle East and Far East.

The role will primarily involve:

  • document management, review and analysis;
  • preparing Land Registry and SDLT Returns;
  • assisting with preparation of legal packs or data rooms;
  • small-scale drafting and amending of documents;
  • preparing attachments and otherwise assisting in finalising reports;
  • researching points of law and drafting advisory notes for fee earners;
  • maintaining deeds and records;
  • working alongside other departments or within sectors of the firm on a variety of inter-departmental projects.

The position offers a basic salary of £32,000 - £36,000 (DOE) and a competitive benefits package.

Required

To be considered, you must have two years' Real Estate Paralegal experience from a prominent law firm similarly ranked for its Real Estate Practice (Legal 500 Corporate Occupiers, London).
