Sales Executive

Our client in Sunderland is looking for experienced Sales Executives who are used to working in a fast-paced house-building sales environments to join their Sales and Marketing team. They are recruiting for two new developments at Cottier Grange, Tyne Valley and Scholars' Gardens, Newcastle upon Tyne.

With exciting growth plans, you will be instrumental in setting up the new sales and marketing suites and be part of a team delivering 300 high-quality new homes. The role will involve managing your own development, providing a professional, customer-focused service to all customers, potential and existing, as well as achieving sales and financial targets.

The working hours are:

Thursday: 9.30am - 6pm

Friday: 10am - 5.30pm

Saturday: 10am - 5.30pm

Sunday: 10am - 5.30pm

Monday: 10am - 5.30pm

What they are looking for:

It is essential you hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced housebuilder sales environment and selling new homes.
Exceptional customer service skills, sales excellence and negotiation skills.
The ability to work the advertised hours which include weekends.
