Look no further! Our client is seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team and assist with purchase ledger responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers.
  • Manage emails efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and timely follow-ups.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems, ensuring data integrity and precise record-keeping.
  • Log, organise, and file invoices, maintaining a systematic approach to document management.
  • Authorise payments and process them in a timely manner, following all necessary protocols.
  • Monitor and post petty cash transactions, maintaining accurate records.
  • Investigate and resolve any queries or discrepancies related to the purchase ledger, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Generate company reports, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Collaborate and maintain open communication with suppliers, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Ensure vendor details are up to date and accurate, maintaining a high level of data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a specific focus on purchase ledger.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Proactive and able to use initiative to identify and resolve issues independently.
