The role will be managing the SEO department, driving organic impressions, traffic and web leads growth in the established UK Market. You will lead and inspire the SEO executives, content writers, and front-end developers to be targets across on and off-page optimisation. To get the most out of the SEO you will conduct keyword and competitor analysis to stay up to date with trends and implement the best strategy to be at the top of the rankings.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in developing and executing the SEO strategy and implementing aligned with the business goals.
- Collaborate with the wider teams to integrate SEO best practices into overall marketing strategies ensuring all departments align.
- Work alongside the Paid Media Manager to reach channel search growth.
- Run competitor analysis, and keyword gap analysis.
- Optimise website structure and content to improve the overall visibility of the website.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing SEO.
- In-depth knowledge of website analytics and SEO tools ( Googles Analytics, SEMRush, Screaming Frog).
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including on-page optimisation.
- Possess the ability to pick up on new trends that will and developments that may impact SEO management and best practice.
- Able to propose long-term strategies and create a roadmap for yourself and the team to implement each action.
