Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is a highly successful, Independent Estate and Lettings Agency group and they are looking to recruit a Property Lister / Valuer – A candidate capable of winning good quality instructions from clients for the right price and at the right fee!
This Lister / Property Valuer will join their busy team based at their branch in the Northampton area.
The ideal candidate must have solid estate agency background with extensive experience in residential sales and excellent achievements listing and generating new business.
You will have a track record in hitting and exceeding targets, be ambitious and highly motivated, have a winning mindset and most importantly, you will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service.
Skills: Skills: The skills required for this Property Lister / Valuer role will include:
- Residential sales experience essential
- Listing and Valuation experience essential
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to generate new business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-spoken and well-presented
- Knowledge of the local market area
- Target driven and dynamic
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent spoken and written English
