Ecommerce Change Coordinator
For this role you will be working within one of the best known and admired brands in the world - duties will include managing change across their eStore Customer Service team and ensuring operational processes are understood by all Customer Service agents.
Skills & experience:
Essential -
- Previous ecommerce operational experience .
- Proficient in MS Office 365 applications.
- Ability to travel is required.
Advantage -
- Previous experience within customer services is a plus.
Working conditions:
- 37.5 hour week, 3 days in the office & 2 days wfh.
