Accounts Payable Assistant - Temporary Cover for 2-3 Weeks
Have you got accounts experience and can start immediately?
We are recruiting for a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to join a company based in Witham on a temporary basis for 2-3 weeks. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm and the salary is £11.79 per hour.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering emails and telephone calls regarding to invoice queries
- Processing, coding, and posting invoices and obtaining approval when required
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Ensuring suppliers are paid correctly and on time
To be successful for this position, you must have experience working in an accounts department. You must also have excellent customer service skills, high attention to detail, and can start immediately.
