Trade Team Recruitment are looking for a Housing Co-ordinator for a immediate start in Reading
About the role
- Deliver intensive housing management at a sheltered housing in a specific location
- Ensure that the scheme is well run and that the building is safe and secure for residents
- Provide basic tenancy advice and services to residents
- Assist with managing rent arrears, ASB and nuisance within the scheme
- Provide assistance with letting our empty homes by arranging and supervising viewings and supporting with sign up's as required
- Ensuring repairs and faults are quickly remedied
- Support with tenancy audits and ensure resident information is up to date as required
- £12.29 per hour paid on a weekly basis
- Working hours will be between 08:00 - 18:00 Mon - Fri
About you
- Previous experience working in a similar co-ordinator role
- Customer focused
- Willing to learn
