Joining us in Business Consulting

Grant Thornton's Business Consulting group consists of Enterprise Applications, Technology, Finance, Operations, Deals and People focus areas. The Enterprise Applications (EA) Practice is responsible for advisory and project implementation services related to Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology in particular.

Joining us as an Interim Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant in the Enterprise Applications team you will have client-facing skills implementing Oracle Cloud HCM, supporting the development and execution of roll-out strategies, cutover/transition plans, end-user training, and documentation. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements and transform them into solutions.

Once this project is completed, you will have the freedom to continue working with us on projects that you can choose, whether full or part-time within Enterprise applications and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments.

Skills we are looking for

  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, and management.
  • Proven ability leading end-to-end implementations, including workshop and training facilitation with strong client-facing implementation experience.
  • Extensive expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Compensation and Benefits or Absence Management is required.
  • Good understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • While much of our project work is conducted in a hybrid manner, willingness to travel to work on customer sites as needed.
