To excel in this role, you will:
- Engage with potential customers and work collaboratively to increase their spending
- Maintain consistent contact with customers, fostering relationships and identifying opportunities to fill their product needs
- Reach out to inactive customers and work towards resolving any issues
- Follow up on inquiries and deals
- Assist the Area Sales Manager with tasks aimed at driving sales growth, including scheduling meetings and following up on any resulting actions

- Experience in a telephone-based Sales role
- Proactive selling, with the ability to spot sales and growth opportunities
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrable resilience and determination
- Proficiency in various IT systems
- Confidence and skill in negotiation techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills
