Our client, a successful furniture company, is seeking a diligent and dependable individual to join their team in Quedgeley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious person who aspires to contribute to our journey as a Business Development Executive.

To excel in this role, you will:

  • Engage with potential customers and work collaboratively to increase their spending
  • Maintain consistent contact with customers, fostering relationships and identifying opportunities to fill their product needs
  • Reach out to inactive customers and work towards resolving any issues
  • Follow up on inquiries and deals
  • Assist the Area Sales Manager with tasks aimed at driving sales growth, including scheduling meetings and following up on any resulting actions

Do you possess the following skills?

  • Experience in a telephone-based Sales role
  • Proactive selling, with the ability to spot sales and growth opportunities
  • Self-motivation
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrable resilience and determination
  • Proficiency in various IT systems
  • Confidence and skill in negotiation techniques
  • Exceptional organizational skills
