This small but fast-growing company based near Marble Arch/Marylebone station, is looking to take on a Researcher to join the team. The MD is absolutely lovely, and this is a great opportunity to come in and grow the role and make it your own.
They are looking for someone to work with them to deliver end-to-end project work including:
- Writing job descriptions
- Developing search strategies and target lists of companies
- Conducting in depth research into companies
- Approaching candidates and having screening calls
- Attending interviews
- Writing candidate reports
- Presenting candidates to clients
- Attend client briefing meetings
- Support with the drafting of business proposals and pitch documents
- Supporting on business development and marketing plans
- Keeping track of key events and people moves in the sector
You will be working in a small office of just 2 other people, so must be happy with that set up and be okay with sometimes working on your own. They are looking for someone with a great attitude, hungry to learn, energetic, confident, well-spoken and detailed & thorough in their approach
You will work in the office for 4 days and one from home but there is flexibility in time. Hours are 9-5.30 and there's huge potential to grow/progress.
