The firm's office in Reading is seeking a Corporate Associate Solicitor or Senior Associate to join the expanding team.
The ideal candidate for this position will be ideally 3+ years PQE.
In the main, you will be dealing with:
- Business ownership disputes
- Directors' duties & corporate governance
- Employee ownership trusts
- Equity capital markets
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Private equity
- Transaction support & due diligence
The ideal candidate will be keen to develop their skills in this area within a leading national team, interacting effectively with colleagues and clients at every level and actively engaging in business development as and when needed.
