Commercial Claims Handler | Remote (1 day every 3 months in the office) | Up to £45,000
Join a dynamic insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Technical Commercial Claims Handler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial insurance claims
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters
- Negotiate settlements and resolve complex claim issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements
You Have:
- Proven experience in commercial claims handling within a brokerage
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and claims processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- FCA regulatory awareness
- Dip CII or above
