Looking for an experienced Supervisor/Team Leader with strong social housing experience.
Working to deliver the best quality service, you'll be responsible for leading a team supporting the day-to-day activities. You'll drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, Health, Safety and Environmental management and compliance, whilst ensuring exceptional customer relationships are maintained.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in a trade background, e.g. plumbing or carpentry, with an excellent knowledge of damp and mould, ideally within a social housing environment. It is important that you can build and maintain effective customer relationships. Being well-organised, have good attention to detail with good health, safety and environmental knowledge.
