Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Manage and maintain data integrity and accuracy within systems
- Analyse and manage data to ensure efficient operations
Data Entry:
- Accurately enter and update data into databases and systems
- Ensure quotes are entered efficiently and accurately into systems
Pricing and Cost Management:
- Create and manage pricing spreadsheets to support sales and operations
- Track costs and budgets to ensure
Documentation:
- Generate quotes and client agreements
- Upload data and update documents as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in data administration or similar
- Strong proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, CRMs or other software/systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enjoys working at pace in a busy environment
