Estimator of Engineering Maintenance
The successful candidate will carry out technical estimating and generate of quotations. Our client are a maintenance and repairer of a large array of industrial equipment.
Summary of job duties (but not limited to)
- Handling of initial customer Request for Quote. Review of technical and commercial specification and highlighting any areas of concern/focus.
- Efficient raising of enquiries in system (Salesforce).
- Liaising with Customer contacts with regards to enquiries
- Obtaining supplier/sub-contractor pricing as required.
- Development of detailed, technical estimation. Incorporating structured work scope, budgeted hours and direct costs, in accordance with local Delegation of Authority.
- Formulate detailed commercial quotation documents.
- Liaise with Customers & Area Sales Engineer(s) daily
This role can be hybrid. 2 days per week working from home, based on a full time, Monday - Friday working week.
