Location: Bristol

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Agile: 2 - 3 on site p/week

Role type: 12 month FTC

We're excited to be partnering with a leading UK Property Provider for a Project Manager.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. You will work closely with BA's & Change Managers and internal/external stakeholders, driving innovation and contributing to the customer experience using Technology & Data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, including the creation and maintenance of project plans, managing resources, working with third parties and strategic partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects including reporting, deliverables, and benefits tracking. Provide best practice and advice on project management frameworks and standards for PMO and wider business.
  • Ensure budgets are managed by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with IT teams and members of the business at all levels
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time

Key Experiences:

  • Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Experienced in both agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Oracle and Salesforce experience is desirable
  • Experience in delivering projects with solutions involving both bespoke and package solutions
  • Able to translate IT speak into clear language that non IT colleagues can understand
  • Basic understanding of data protection legislation and experience of developing and maintaining a team environment where personal data is kept protected, confidential and secure
  • PMP/ Prince 2 certification
