TSR Legal are working with a boutique High Street Firm who are seeking someone to join their Residential Conveyancing Department as a Legal Assistant. This permanent position beckons a dedicated individual eager to support a high-caliber fee earner, ensuring the smooth operation of property transactions.
The chosen candidate will be instrumental in managing a variety of critical tasks, from the meticulous opening and closing of files on the firm's case management system to the diligent preparation of draft documents and sales contracts. Daily responsibilities will include updating clients, solicitors, and estate agents, as well as handling client instructions, verifying funds and identification, and orchestrating the exchange of contracts.
The role demands a professional with a proven track record as a conveyancing assistant, showcasing exceptional communication skills and the ability to prioritise a diverse workload effectively. Keen attention to detail is paramount, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and adept typing skills.
