Facilities Assistant / Co-ordinator
Based in Nottingham | onsite role
40 hours per week | 8:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to Friday
Temp role for 1 month | ASAP start until 27th October
Pay rate of £13.00 per hour + holiday pay

One of my regular Nationwide clients has reached out to me to recruit this temp cover role at their office based in Nottingham.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide Facilities & Administration support to the business.

_Duties involved in this role will include: _

  • Ensuring that the office is in good working order
  • Carrying out administration duties to support the front desk &wider office
  • Dealing with meeting room bookings including setup of equipment & organising refreshments & stationery
  • Raising any issues with facilities or maintenance to the company helpdesk
  • Providing switchboard cover when required
  • Some light moving of equipment & supplies between rooms
  • Some basic ad hoc administration as required

_In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include: _

  • Previous experience in a Facilities or Administration role - this experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid IT Skills
