My client is at the forefront of shipping inspections, analysis, and benchmarking, operating globally. We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager with a commercial hunter background who isn't afraid to do whatever it takes to win business! This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Business Development working in a 360 capacity and someone who is willing to travel across Europe more than 3 times every 2 months,

Day to Day of the role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Central and Northern European market to encourage growth in technical services.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to forecast market demand and growth.
  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns to drive new business and commercial growth.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on client requirements and market experience.
  • Lead by example in maintaining accurate customer activity records through the company's CRM system.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Idwal's products to effectively communicate and sell to clients.
  • Enhance company profile by attending industry events and conducting face-to-face sales roadshows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills:

  • Full driving licence.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM system or equivalent.
