SALES PROGRESSOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Surbiton area
Salary: OTE £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Do you have a detailed knowledge of the Property Sales and Conveyancing process? If you do, we would like to talk to you about this vacancy as a Sales Progressor.
Our client is looking for an experienced Property Sales Progressor or a candidate with previous Estate Agency experience and a thorough understanding of how to get a property transaction to completion while at the same time delivering exceptional customer service!
The perfect candidate will be tenacious, accurate, driven and committed; an excellent communicator and relationship builder who has an intricate knowledge of the processes involved in a property sale.
You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale and ensuring that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisor, as well as your own and other agencies.
You will need to provide an exceptional level of customer service to clients from start to finish and understand that you renumeration will be based on this element of your role.
You will be accurate and dependable, careful and thorough. A candidate with previous Estate Agency experience is essential, and candidates who are currently in a Sales Progression role and used to handling a heavy sales volume will be given preferential consideration.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Progressor (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous experience in residential property sales progression
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
- Be able to work under pressure
The Company: Our client is a privately owned, established independent Sales and Lettings agency, with highly successful offices in the Surbiton area.
