Salary - £28,000 - £32,000
Monday - Friday 9am -6pm, Ideally some Saturdays although not essential

They are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and well organised individual to join their team, ideally with fixflo, goodlord and Vebra experience this is a fulltime position Hours and working days are flexible, Saturday working is an option with a day off in the week.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors
- Ideally experience working with Fixflo, Goodlord & Vebra
- Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords
- Adhering to compliance by efficient administration
- Processing insurance claims
- Approving and processing invoices
- Arranging gas and electrical safety checks
- Assisting with inventories, check-ins and checkouts
- Negotiating deposit returns
The Individual:
- Arla Qualification is advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Firm knowledge of all property management law
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be a highly organised and have exceptional diary management skills.
- Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
